I have recently been learning all about The Law of Attraction. The thought about manifesting your own destiny through your thoughts and mindset. It is so powerful when you really think about the science that went behind it, and all of the success stories from it. This is such a great concept especially when you’re in a rut you just cant get out of.
Coming from someone who suffers from anxiety and depression (which I know many people do), I can honestly say, even though it’s only been a few days since I’ve started it, I can really see a light at the end of the tunnel. Now, I know it’s not going to change overnight, and I know I’m new to this concept, but I wanted to write this post now so that I can keep you updated and track my changes on the blog so you all can find a way to relate, or see if it’s right for you.
Each day I’ve started my day with watching a Law of Attraction video. I don’t have specific ones, but I just YouTube it and they’ve all turned out great. If you’re like me and you can get motivated by quotes or powerful speeches, I highly recommend you trying this out. To finish off the day, I play some meditation music and try to write at least three pages in a journal about how I’m feeling and what I’m working towards.
They say to treat your goals like seeds and plant them in your mind. To treat your actions like water, and mindset like sun, and this will help you manifest your dreams. Thinking positively and acting positive, will attract positive things to you. And vis-versa if you’re acting negative. It’s important to think over and over again about what it is you really want in life.
For me, it’s to open another online clothing store (I used to own one in 2012). I know I can get there, and everyday I’m going to work towards that and remind myself why I want to reach that goal. There’s no better motivation than a constant reminder of consistent happiness. Again, being someone who can’t seem to have control of her emotions, happiness isn’t always easy to maintain, but so far since I’ve changed my mindset, it’s only been uphill.
