It’s been almost a month that I’ve decided to fully commit to the Law of Attraction (LOA). I was going through a rough patch where a lot of things were going wrong at the same time. You know the saying “When it rains, it pours.”? Yeah, that was exactly how I felt. I didn’t want to rely on anyone or anything to make me feel better. It was then that I really discovered LOA (read all about how I started on LOA HERE ).
To check in with you guys, I have still listened to my LOA playlist on Spotify everyday to work, I’ve been journaling every night to record my goals and successes, and I have done the 68 second rule every night before bed which is what I’m here to talk to you guys about today.

You need to be in complete silence and really be able to focus. Turn off the TV, turn off your phone, and concentrate. For me, I go into my office/closet room, close the door, and get relaxed. Think about your biggest goal. Start with what the goal is and what it entails. Picture yourself and who you’ll be once you complete that goal. For me it’s to open my own clothing store online. I picture myself at my desk shopping for new inventory, or packaging boxes to ship out. Then think about how you’ll feel when you’re doing it. If you can keep your mind positive and your dreams clear, you will manifest your goals.
I have been able to do a complete 180 with my feelings since I started understanding LOA. The fact that the brain is so powerful it can literally kill you. Knowing that you have the ability to change your thought process, is key. You need to dig deep into your sub conscious and wipe away the negativity. You need to think about the positive goals you have (getting married, buying a house, having your dream job, etc.) and don’t let doubt enter your mind. I have seen a HUGE difference in my attitude this past month. I’ve been more awake, more excited, more motivated, and most importantly I’ve been HAPPY. I haven’t dealt with arguments or self-doubt and I’ve been able to come up with a great plan for my future.
This past month I have come to the conclusion that I cannot let other people bring negativity into my life. If someone else is all about negativity, you need to let them sort that out themselves. Of course you can be there for them, but the only person who can change how they think and feel is themselves. A lot of the changes this past year that I’ve made in my life (switching careers, letting go of negative friendships, and enhancing the things that made me happy) have allowed this process to be so much easier.
I highly recommend trying the 68 second rule once a day. Whether it’s in the morning or at night, if you really give it 100% effort, you WILL see a difference. It’s a proven technique, and I can tell you that it DOES work.
